5th & Main Furniture by Freed’s

Our sales lady, Sig, was extremely helpful. She showed us pieces other than the sofa and loveseat which we bought, which will round out the ensemble someday. Also, she took time to show us future automatic shades for some new windows we are having installed. We are very, very pleased with our experience at 5th and Main.

Unfortunately we haven’t had the best experience. Our original dresser arrived damaged and had to be reordered which we were told would be 6 weeks out. It’s now been 6 weeks. I had to reach out only to find out it’s going to be another 4 weeks. I wish someone would have told me it was going to be longer. I understand things happen but I purchased this in April and just want my dresser.

Blanche was a tremendous help with selecting theater seating for the basement. The delivery fee includes set up and making sure all the electronics and furniture lighting is perfect. Nice store! I’ll be back to get furniture for the living room soon.

Tammy was wonderful to work with. She was very kind and professional. I had a very good experience and would highly recommend requesting her if you go in for any purchases large or small.

Problem with a new Lazyboy chair. Item was replaced without any drama, thank you. Delivery people were punctual and professional. 5th and Main store and staff are all Good People!!
