Worst experience, my husband & Ifound out that they consign items so we decided to bring in some items we wanted to consign & wow, we are more than disappointed & unhappy. When we went to get the money after one item sold we noticed that they took more than half of the profits & then they told us that they took fee after fee out including a fee if the buyer used a credit card to purchase. We were left with next to no money for the item. They also "lose" items that you bring, they try not to pay you at all because they hope you forgot about said "lost" item. They also don't let you know when the contract expires so that when it does expire, they sell your items anyways and then keep 100% of the profits because "you were out of contract and it's your job to know when it expires" so we lost two more expensive items and got paid $0 for them. Probably $300 worth of items and we got paid a whopping $14 dollars total. Scammers!
View on GoogleDisappointed! Cluttered, disorganized, and a lot of storage containers placed everywhere inside the building to catch the rain water from the leaking roof ! Very overpriced! Can NOT recommend this place !!
View on GoogleWent to 616 Cedar st location, seemed understaffed. Discovered that location was closing, and everything was on clearance, and was open to offers. Made an offer on a platform; told offer was too low. But suggested we go to 418 Walnut st location to see a similar item. Went there, bed we saw we liked even more for less. Good selection, and very reasonable pricing. Will shop there again
View on GoogleIt's hard to maneuver around in this store as they literally have stuff EVERYWHERE. I'd go so far and say this place is a safety hazard. When it rains it leaks really bad on the inside. Everything looks and feels filthy and moldy. Waaay too much stuff crammed In to the building. However u can pick up a good bargain from time to time and I think u can Haggle with them too. They have western decor in here but I think their furniture is over priced. Definatley NOT wheel chair accessible, and do not take kids (or adults) who misbehave and run all over the place it's just not safe
