This furniture store clearly has no concern for fairness or honesty—they are willing to take people’s money without delivering what was promised. Anyone planning to buy furniture, please read this review first. We signed a contract with them, but we never received the furniture. When we called to cancel and informed them that we no longer wanted the furniture, they said “okay, no problem”—yet they continued charging money from our card. How does that make any sense? On top of that, they expect us to pay a fee just to cancel. What kind of rule is that? Why should we pay for something we never received? What’s worse is that they don’t even seem to understand their own policies. Please don’t make the same mistake we did. Be very careful before dealing with this store❌❌❌

I purchased a living room set and a dining room set, and both look absolutely beautiful in my home The service was excellent from start to finish. The team was friendly, professional, and delivered my furniture right on time. I also noticed that their prices are much better than many other furniture stores in the area, with great quality to match.. Highly recommended for anyone looking for great service, great prices, and a smooth, stress-free experience!

Do not buy anything from this place. My experience was very unprofessional. I purchased a bedroom set and a china cabinet, and the salesman promised that everything delivered would be brand new, not the display items. However, when the furniture arrived, it was clearly the display pieces. We knew because we had taken photos when we visited the store, and the china cabinet had the same scratches on the front door. I showed this to the delivery person, and he told me the scratches would come off with glass cleaner, which of course did not work. The next day I called the store and explained the situation. The representative said he would speak with the driver and call me back. It has now been nine days, and I have received no call back, and they are not answering my calls either. I would recommend avoiding this place and shopping somewhere else instead.
