American Furniture Warehouse

My experience today was amazing thanks to Chris Lucero, home furnishings consultant. He helped us find the perfect sofa sleeper bed. He was nice, friendly, and knowledgeable. Appreciate he was not pushy to sell us anything and listened to our needs. Seriously a sales pro!!! Give this man a raise Jake Jabs! We will be back to see you. Chris Lucero.

I ordered a Mid Century Modern king size bedroom set from AFW online. They required a mandatory delivery and assembly service, which was totally worth it. The team was professional, friendly, and super efficient—they arrived right at 10:25 a.m. and were completely done by 11:20. The whole experience was smooth from start to finish, and I’m really happy with both the product and the service.

This store hates making money. Incompetent and unhelpful **edit - I sent the business an email as soon as their reply below was posted. I have not heard back since. This is a trash franchise. Go to furniture row ***2nd edit - they called me back finally and offered me a $50 in store credit and didn’t even listen to the story. Zero accountability. Do not shop here

Love American Furniture Warehouse the customer service is always so great in here just order this couch and a brand new dresser there is one female employee that works here and she has helped us out before she's always wonderful

We went in not really knowing what we wanted. Then Adriana Martinez appeared and helped us find the perfect couch and rug. Fantastic customer service, she’s very knowledgeable about all the furnishings.I would highly recommend asking for her if she’s available. Give this girl a raise!
