American Rental Home Furnishings

First off, I just want to say this store has been absolutely amazing to us! Every single employee has been so kind, helpful, and welcoming. The delivery guys are incredible. They are respectful, hardworking, and truly take pride in what they do. We’ve rented a refrigerator, couch, TV stand, mattress, and even a lawn mower through them, and everything has been in great condition. When they delivered our couch, they literally had to work it through our doorway like a giant puzzle without damaging our furniture or our house. They were patient, careful, and never complained once. Unfortunately, after getting the couch inside, we realized it just was not the right fit for our living room. It was not the store’s fault at all. The couch was in perfect condition. It was simply too big for our space. 😂 We went back into the store and talked to Bonnie. She was immediately understanding and so incredibly sweet about the whole situation. She let us pick out a smaller couch and had our delivery scheduled right away with no hassle. Bonnie is such a sweetheart. We honestly could sit and listen to her stories all day. 😂 She makes you feel like family instead of just another customer. We absolutely love talking with her every time we stop by. We also have a lawn mower through them, and when we first got it, we completely forgot we even had payments due. 😅 We have not made payments on things like this in years, so it honestly slipped our minds. Bonnie called to let us know we were behind, and after we explained what happened, she laughed with us and was so understanding. She even set us up with text reminders and still gives us a friendly reminder call if she notices we have not paid. She has never been rude, upset, or judgmental. We actually appreciate that she takes the time to help us stay on track. Customer service like this is hard to find these days. Bonnie and her entire team truly care about their customers, and it shows. If you are looking for quality furniture, affordable payments, and people who genuinely treat you with kindness and respect, I highly recommend giving them a try. We adore Bonnie and her team and look forward to doing business with them . ❤️☺️

We love American Rental- Leitchfield. We just bought our first home, and need an upgrade on our furniture! I was in and out in less than 10 minutes! We love our new couch and loveseat!

We had a great experience. All questions answered!! The furniture in the store we wanted were already sold and still got it the next day. Thank you

Awesome experience, very friendly and welcoming atmosphere. Mrs. Bonnie and her whole crew deserve to be acknowledged for always being friendly and hard working employees. Store is always clean when i have been in and I have frequently visited both stores. Seen employees and managers come and go and this crew is by far my favorite.
