The sales was great, no problem with that, they forgot to pick up the old mattress, and after 3 months of being told they would pick it up, they finally were going to come and get it and charge me $39 for the pick up! Apparently they dont care if you spend over $4000.00 and their free old mattress pick up is a farce!

The salesperson/owner was very helpful. He was not pushy about the sale and he took our needs into consideration.
