Customer service is bad. Guy spent 10 minutes arguing with someone on the phone after we asked about some furniture then ignored us so we left.

I will say customer service is 8.5/10 but I paid $75 for a bed railing it’s only been a few weeks since I had it and it’s already falling part. I’m finding big bolts that I don’t even know where they come from on the railing and a center leg has broken off already. The bed railings are certainly over priced the value should be $30-$40 for the way they are holding up. I looked under the bed and the rest of the railing legs are leaning like they’re going to break soon. The bed is occupied by someone 60 pounds that says a lot!

Store literally sold me a mattress that was cardboard on the boxspring will never return again but I will report them to the bbb
