Ayers Furniture - Portage

We are very pleased with our new living room furniture. From working out all the purchase and ordering details with Jean and then the excellent delivery team, everything went smoothly. Our new living room looks great! Thank you, Jeff Dreger & Stacy Randall

The Portage Furniture store was amazing to us! We had shopped in Madison for furniture and then came to Portage Furniture and found the exact furniture we wanted! From the sales staff to the delivery guys to Aaron, the Owner, we couldn’t have asked for more! We were building a new home and ordered our furniture through Portage Furniture around Thanksgiving in 2023. Aaron ordered it all and held it for us in their warehouse until our house was finished. We just had it delivered in August 2024! No one continually called us, they waited for us to let them know when to deliver. Buy local! We live 50 minutes away and they delivered for free! I can’t say enough, and we love all our furniture!!! Thank you Portage Furniture Team! Tori and Jeff Maxfield

This was the most painless purchase we ever made. We went into the store and purchased the chair in a few days later it was in our living room, ready for use. Great people to work with!

Great service and quality furniture. Best place to buy furniture near Portage/ The Dells.

I wanted a new England sofa and Jean was a HUGE help. I loved the pressure-free approach Portage Furniture has, unlike other furniture stores. I knew the main fabric and one accent fabric (sea turtles) but struggled with the second accent pillow option. Jean's accent fabric choice (yellow) was the chef's kiss. Jean assured us it's her job to ensure we're thrilled with our order (AKA: no buyers remorse) so mixing fabric choices was fun! I even took the fabric samples home to make sure I liked them in my room before ordering. The sofa arrived within a few weeks and the delivery team was kind, considerate, and quick. I paid to have my old sofa disposed, the crew assisted with fishing out some long-lost treasures! Don't assume you can't afford something or think you can get a better deal in Madison; I have the quotes to show the hundreds of dollars I saved AND supported a local business.
