Bailey's Furniture

We have a lodging company and had an emergency King bed frame replacement that needed to happen. Al, at the Bailey's Soldotna store jumped into action, sending me pictures of what she had in stock and getting the purchase completed quickly over the phone. When our operations manager arrived to pick it up, they inspected the frame and found a factory flaw and immediately switched out to another frame so we wouldn't arrive at our destination 2 hours away with a flawed product. The customer service was exceptional and I couldn't have asked for a more professional and friendly experience!

Thank you Trinity for answering all of our questions and meeting our needs for our furnishings! We would not have had such a smooth experience if it wasnt for your help. We greatly appreciate your service and will be back for more :)

Great customer service, was greeted right away, friendly and very helpful with all questions and useful tips but not overbearing. Made it easier to make a decision on what I was looking for to fit my needs. Explained the whole transaction and delivery options thoroughly.

Recently went in and purchased a sectional at the Soldotna location. The whole team was so friendly and patient, despite me trying to wrangle my crazy children during the process. Abby was my sales associate and she did an amazing job at finding something that fit my family's needs and budget. Will definitely be coming back to this location for all of my furniture needs!

Friendly staff, very helpful in the selection of what I was looking for. Provided guidance in arranging very good financial arrangements. Shopped here before and I definitely return when I need another item of furniture or bedding.
