Pretty good selection, prices seem mostly reasonable. The 90-day option with Progressive is helpful as long as you dont go beyond 90 days, otherwise you pay up to double the $$. I like the fact that they don't smother you when you walk in the door. They offer to help, give their name and then let you move around. The delivery and setup option for only $150 seems like a bargain, especially for larger orders. Of course I will edit this review after delivery if necessary :) Overall a positive experience so far.
View on GoogleFirst of all A+ customer service by Michael C. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. I was in and out quickly with a great deal on a new office desk made of metal and glass for $80. I would recommend this place highly if your looking for a great deal on any furniture with good quality materials.
View on GoogleWent in and purchased a couch and rug. When delivered the rug was only a 5x7 but when looking at it at the store it was large and no one said anything about the size. Other than that it was a good experience friendly staff. Watch out they will try and tell you a higher price than quoted but can be changed.
View on GoogleThis was our first time visiting the store and we were pleased by the selection, quality and affordability of the furnishings they offered. The employees greeted us, but they didn't follow us around asking us a bunch of questions. They had a nice selection of clearance items and we were able to find a floor model chest of drawers for a very good price. We saw some other items we were interested in, but we weren't prepared to purchase. My only complaint is that delivery is $45 minimum and we only live 3 minutes from the store. We declined, but they did load it in our vehicle for us. Unfortunately, we slightly damaged it unloading it on our own at our home. It will be a simple fix. They should offer affordable delivery within a few miles of the store.
View on GoogleI went to Bargain Town Furniture in Garland in search of an affordable living room set. The entire staff was friendly. I did not feel hounded or harassed. I was greeted at the door by Kaylee who even offered me a cart to lean on when she saw I had mobility issues. I let her know what I was interested in and she made me aware of the specials and to just let her know if I had any questions. She was readily available to answer all my questions including prices after taxes and comparisons. She gave me the tools I needed to make the best decision for me and at no point in time did I feel pressured or rushed. I was truly able to get a bargain, obtain financing and she let me know what to expect throughout the entire process and steps I needed to take. I got a good deal on a couch and loveseat set that was on sale so I was even able to add in an area rug. I have no complaints and definitely recommend. I am happy with my purchase and can not wait for it to be set up and delivered. Thank you for the exceptional customer service, it helped make the experience enjoyable and stress free, which I greatly appreciate! Stay awesome! ❤
