I came in undecided on what I wanted. Chris took his time and helped me. He gave me plenty of options. The price was very affordable and straightforward. Everything was a great quality. I’m not talking about Badcock quality. I’m talking about showroom quality I loaded up my truck, Chris literally stopped what he doing to help me and to make sure everything was secured. I had an issue with something I bought. Chris answered the phone for me five times and I really wanted to get to the bottom of it. I don’t think that he was doing all that just for sale that’s genuinely who he is. I live 26 miles from this furniture place. I am now a forever customer. I would recommend if he’s not one of those salesman that’s going to sell you anything to get it off the floor he wants to make sure you are comfortable with what your decision.

I highly recommend this furniture store to order from! Mr. Chris and Ms. Jenn treat you like family. Delivery driver, Marvin is one of the best delivery drivers I've ever worked with! He's on time,highly professional, and a great person to conversate with while working. A place for reasonable prices yet exceptional service! 10/10!!!!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Outstanding Customer Service from Jennifer Ruiz on the mattress of my dreams!!! I ordered the Diamond EuroTop mattress because it’s the same one used on Disney Cruise Line. I cruised with Disney about eight years ago and still remember that being the best sleep of my life! I recently found out these mattresses are made by special order only, and the manufacturer connected me with Jennifer Ruiz — and I’m so glad they did! Jennifer handled everything from start to finish. She walked me through the ordering process, coordinated shipping all the way from the headquarters in Florida to my home in Virginia, and kept in touch the entire time with updates and reassurance. Her professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail were beyond impressive. Thanks to Jennifer, I now have the mattress of my dreams — literally! I’ve never experienced customer service this personal and smooth. Thank you, Jennifer, for going above and beyond!

After finding out that Beds Best Bargain could ship the exact mattress we loved from our cruise, I called to place an order for one. Jennifer was very helpful and clear with all communication, whether over the phone or by email. We received the mattress as scheduled, and it is exactly what we had hoped to receive.
