Mike was phenomenal. Very patient, not pushy and was very kind to me and my family. Understood what we were looking for and found us a mattress exactly in our budget. Will definitely be shopping there again in the future!

View on GoogleJoe was my salesmen and helped me and my mom out and he was very good! Very helpful and funny. He didn’t push expensive beds on us and let my mom try out all the beds to pick exactly that she wanted. Joe and Mike went above and beyond and would definitely recommend going here
View on GoogleI love this location at west Babylon since it’s close and convenient and they’re always very nice when I go in there! My mom bought a mattress from mattress firm 12 years ago at this location for me and I loved the bed so much that once the mattress started to be done she recommended I come here! I came in with my boyfriend and they were so welcoming and informative I was in and out and was even able to go and pick up the mattress to sleep on it the same day! Debbie helped me and even came in on a holiday to help the manager Michael which I thought showed a great team player mindset! The workers at this location are always amazing and kind, I love it. when the mattress I just bought starts to be done in 12 years I’ll be sure to go back. You have a lifelong customer mattress firm!
