Bedtops Mattress Palm Coast, FL

A wonderful experience. Such personal dealings. Every single aspect of our needs, likes, and even our dislikes were listened to and then the suggested mattresses that would address our wants. There were all price aspects with the differences with our choice respected regardless of the prices. Great Store! Great Owner. ..we will be back

Bedtops Mattress is the only place I will buy. My cat jumped off his tree stand on to my night stand and wipe everything but the lamp off. Of course my bed remote went under the bed and when I got it out the back part of the remote was lifted off the base and had issues that I could not fix. I took my remote to the store and got the same awesome help! They took my remote and gave me a brand new one to use while they tried to fix mine. They did get it fixed. I went to pick it up and return the loaner. If I could give 10 stars I would. The nicest people that really go out of their way for customer service.

Fantastic owners and staff. Took the time to talk to us and no rushing us on a decision. Recommend that if you are looking for a mattress, give them a chance.

WOW! Customer service raised to a whole new level. I lost the remote to my adjustable bed that I bought 5 yrs ago. Looked online and found a universal remote for $149.00. (Yikes!)Texted the Bedtops store Monday morning. They said they had that remote in stock and there would be no charge. (WHAT?!) Nobody does that. Oh, and get this, "We're closed on Monday, but i can meet you at the store so you can have it today." I was blown away! Didn't know there were still people like that in the world. We've bought from them multiple times and referred friends who bought. I would go there again in a heartbeat!

My friend told me that Gary was the last honest person he knew in the mattress business. That recommendation proved to be right! I was under the gun to get a mattress on my Move In Day. Fortunately Gary’s right hand man, Keith helped me select an amazing Queen Mattress that was so comfortable and supportive (I have a bad back) that after moving in that same day, I passed out on it. It was still in the clear plastic covering, but I did not care, as I had not had such a restful sleep in ages. I will return to purchase an adjustable base for my dream mattress. I never recommend retailers, unless they are trustworthy and take pride in doing business the right way. Bedtops Mattress in Palm Coast, Florida will be the best bedding experience you will ever have. It’s all at affordable prices and money well spent!
