I came to this store about a month ago looking into sectionals. Corey was quick to take me back where they had some displayed, and even went further to show me other options that they could specially order for me. For someone that has little to no knowledge on furniture, Corey was an information powerhouse, answering my dozens of questions. Today, I got my sectional delivered and installed. The 2 men (I wish I had remembered their names) were kind, funny, and made quick word with getting everything set up. They even went the extra mile in helping me move my other couch upstairs. In the end, everyone here is incredibly kind, helpful, patient etc. I simply cannot give enough praise for how happy I am with the entire process. Thank you again to everyone at Beidlers!

Wanted to support local, and was excellent customer service- called ordered and paid within 15 min. Mediocre review and my reason for not using them again is the rude email communication with Cory. I was given no contact info for the dishwasher installer, cleaners were there and said “it doesn’t seem like he knows what he is doing,” and they were going to have to come back to cleanup after him due to snow, salt and ice being tracked in and out. I emailed Cory to get status update of the issues and he didn’t respond until the next day and gave me an unkind email for insulting his installer. I wasn’t there but was just trying to understand the situation. He never apologized and seemed tone deaf to his inappropriate email, blamed me for not asking for installer contact. Anyways it’s a shame and understand why people like the box stores, but will try other local stores.

Here in the valley we have always gotten great service and value we recently upgraded our oven there after 35 years and the guys were efficient and quick yes we always shop Biedlers.

Beidler's just finished our second kitchen full of Cafe appliances. These guys are top notch and respectful, always taking care to not damage things. We love Beidler's and recommend them to all living locally in the community.

Don’t be fooled by the big box stores! They may tell you they are cheaper or have better service, but they don’t! The Cline family takes pride in the store, products and services they provide! We have recently made several purchases from them and the quality is amazing ands the service was top notch!
