Super friendly Staff and nice furniture! When it comes to sales it was a bit to intense, and it was clear that a sale was more important than correct info/facts about their products

Any time I have ever been to a furniture store, the minute you walk in you are approached by a sales representative in the way a dead animal is by a vulture. Not here. It was the most pleasant furniture shopping experience ever. I was greeted, given a verbal layout of the store and then was off on my own to shop with my husband stress free. Absolutely would recommend to anyone

We went to Beiter's to look at portable ac units and fell in love with a living room set. It is perfect, they delivered early and everything is so comfortable. We love shopping where everyone feels like old friends 😉💕

I honestly don't know where to begin with these people. I'll start by saying if you have anywhere else you could possibly go for furniture and appliances you should seriously consider doing so and saving yourself a headache. I have spent tens of thousands of dollars at the store in South Williamsport as well as Mansfield and I've never felt so cheated in my life after comparing prices( I could have gotten the same machine from the manufacturer sent right to my home for a fraction of the cost. Next I'll talk about the sales people- will literally tell you whatever it takes to make a sale even if it's a bold faced lie, I say this from three separate personal experiences as well as 50% of the people I know who have bought furniture from them. Don't even get me started on their " same day service". At one point they were two months out from being able to make a delivery 25 minutes away because they didn't have anyone that would show up to work. Finally I'm literally currently sitting on the floor of my home because I was personally GUARANTEED by the manager Cory and sales person Kristine Megivern that I would have my furniture delivered today ( a week and a half from when I purchased it) but when I called because it was getting late they didn't even know what I was talking about even after providing sales receipt and delivery confirmation. Hands down the most unprofessional experiences I've ever had on multiple occasions and I would recommend driving many many hours out of your way to go somewhere else if you can.
