Really great experience at great rooms. The staff was super friendly and helpful without being pushy. The pricing felt straightforward and honest vs. the typical over inflated prices marked down for a “Big Sale”. Great quality at very fair prices. Shout out to Heather at the Gaylord store for a quick and easy process.

Great store and our sales guy ken was wonderful. He was very patient with us. We ordered 2 new recliners. I'm sure we will love them. Delivered today, well worth the special order wait. The delivery guys were so great, friendly and fast. Will be back to buy more furniture in the future. PS. We bought 2 identical recliners on spei order.

I have been a customer of Great Rooms furniture for several years now! I keep going back as they offer very nice products and have outstanding employees who don’t pressure or bother you while looking. Recently, I had to completely furnish an apartment for my elderly mother who was moving from out of state. I worked with Garrett who was very knowledgeable about the pieces of furniture and was helpful in recommending items that would work well for her age demographic. I had to add pieces to my order over several days and Garrett did everything her could to get as much delivered on the same day as there were a couple pieces that had to be ordered. I was so pleased with the professionalism, patience, and attentiveness to helping get everything set up for my mom in advance of her arrival. When I entered the furniture store I was greeted by Heather Cleveland. I told her I was looking for a bed for spair room. And I didn't plan on spending no more than $1,000. She said no problem, Then directed me to the basement. There she showed me several mattresses and said just take your time also explain each and every mattresses. After trying an Ashley 10" medium to a Ashley 12" medium intersprings. I was stocked, I really liked the 10" over the 12". I told her I'd like to check gardner white furniture before I made a decision. She gave me a quote in weighting for frame, foundation, mattresses and delivery for less than I pland on spending. After visiting the other furniture store, I informed the gentlemen that approached me, what I was looking for. He said I'll meet you in mattresses. Looking around I didn't even see what I was looking for. When he showed up I told him exactly what I was looking for. He directed me to mattresses standing on end in the corner of mattresses area. I told him I'm not buying something I can't check out. (So he shoved a mattress off a frame and grabbed a 10" medium mattresses from the wall. I sat down and said it was as hard as a rock. I was told by the sales man sorry I can't help you and he walked away. ) The next day I was right back at the 1st furniture store I started at. Heather ended up selling me exactly what I asked for. No matter how Much or Little money I spent I was treated with respect. I'd deal with Heather any time in the near future. Judy Barnes
