The salesman Jayden was the kind of salesman you hope to find. He was knowledgeable but not pushy and made buying a new washer easy. It didn’t take long at all. The delivery guys were great, too. They even arrived a little early. They took the old one out and put the new one in quickly. Nick explained the washer features to us quickly and carefully so we feel like we know what all the settings mean. We are looking forward to using this washer for a long time.

My dear son ordered a range for me @ December 30. Due to construction and shipping delays of the one he ordered Jaden assisted me to exchange the ordered one for one on the floor which was more to my liking. A very easy transaction and makes me greatly happy. It was delivered so easily and installed perfectly by Nick and his knowledgeable assistant with precision and friendly, professional ease. They took my very old range and Jaden didn’t charge me a disposal fee…. What a great plus. In addition he gave me the package used for cleaning this marvelous glass top range that has cobalt blue oven with amazing bells and whistles…. I am now motivated to cook again just for fun. Thank you all Blacks is a very busy place with great pricing and service. A new refrigerator next!

We had to replace our refrigerator and found exactly what we wanted at Black’s Appliance. It was delivered to our home in Etna within just a few days of the purchase. Nicholas and Hunter brought the refrigerator into our house and completely installed it. They were very friendly and most importantly very knowledgeable in what they were doing. In a very short time the new refrigerator was up and running and the old refrigerator hauled away. Thank you so much for the excellent service!

From purchase to installation was a great experience. Went in the store a few weeks ago to pick out a new dishwasher for my elderly mom. Good pricing and met or was lower than other local competitors. Made purchase, they delivered and took old one away…very much appreciated. On delivery day…Jason and Hunter were on time and were very accommodating and pleasant. When finished they went over operation and answered any questions. Thank you and definitely would shop there.

We just had Nick and Hunter install our new dishwasher. Absolutely hard working, knew what they were doing and it was not an easy job. They removed an old dishwasher that had been installed 25 years ago! Thanks guys - great job!!
