Blissful Mattress

Bob was great!! He knows his merchandise. He has a great personality and is able to answer all questions. We bought a bed from him because he made it so easy to do so. We get our Ned on Monday, I hope. I leave at 11:30 and will be gone til around 5.

Bob was very helpful with our king purchase yesterday. He was informative without trying to move us toward more expensive options. Very knowledgeable & listened to our specific needs. We will return son to buy a queen set for one of our guest bedrooms from Bob.

Bob is the best!! He was very knowledgeable about the stock and helped me narrow down options that were such a good fit I almost couldn't decide. He was also very patient with that and continued to help, even when I hit my decision wall. He also stayed true to his word and matched a price I had found. I really appreciate all the care and attention and I felt very comfortable and able to trust the financing options as they were very clear and well articulated. By far the best customer service I've ever had, and the most genuine. Thank you Bob, I really appreciate your attention and consideration!

We originally had an issue with another store first refusing to cancel an order for a mattress, then delay after delay with a complete lack of communication for nearly a month with trying to get the deposit back for the mattress order. After seemingly getting nowhere with the refund, we placed a very frustrated review for the other store. The very next day, Bob, the manager out of the Dalles, contacted us. He was quite understanding, listened to all of our information, and addressed all of our concerns. We have also already received the refund for the deposit. Obviously the issues did not need to happen in the first place for something this simple, but we are very appreciative of how efficient and professional Bob was in handling everything and would highly recommend anyone to deal with him or this store for their bedding purchasing needs.

Davey is actually the best guy ever, he makes sure you really know what youre buying and gives you very useful information about purchasing and just sleeping in general. Great experience.
