BoxDrop Brazil

What a great experience! I love family owned businesses and this one goes down as a favorite! Adorable mother daughter duo and so genuine, it really felt like I was family. They had great prices and it was super quick. Would recommend to anybody!

I absolutely adore Kelly and her mom! They are super sweet, caring and understand exactly what their customers need. I have some issues with my hips and Kelly was able to direct me to the perfect bed. I am a side sleeper, even with my hip problems, but Kelly found me a mattress that gives me enough support to sleep on my side with a nice cushion give for my hips. I have had my mattress for months now and it still holds up to the quality I bought that day. Pros: Great pricing. Nice selection. Family like atmosphere. Straight to the point sales. Cons: Only one, they do not deliver. Highly recommend getting your next mattress from here!

We have nothing but great things to say about the service we've received at BoxDrop in Brazil. We purchased a king size mattress and after a couple of months, it was already showing some damage. We contacted BoxDrop and they contacted the manufacture of the mattress and since it was within the warranty time-frame, we were offered a replacement mattress. When we went to pick up the new replacement, it had the same issue as the previous one. When I tell you that they went above and beyond for us, I'm not joking. The level of customer service is amazing! I would highly suggest BoxDrop to anyone in the area for your next bed purchase. You will not be disappointed at how loyal they are to their customers. They will definitely have our business again in the future and we will be referring friends and family!

Kelly was so nice and helpful. She was honest and up front about the prices, which are killer savings!!! You cannot beat these prices! I would recommend her to anyone around! So if you are in the Brazil area or not but looking for nice mattress at a low price, it’s worth the drive! Thank you again I’m so happy with my new bed

The people are great!! Mother daughter business you can't go wrong with them. Kelly is the best and I love my new bed❤❤ don't go any where else, I did alot of research before I picked the place to go and I kept going back to Kelly's. Now I'm glad I did!!! Do the same you won't regret it!!
