BoxDrop Mattress & Furniture Castle Rock, CO

I came in to purchase a new couch and dining table. The selection was good and so were the prices. Couch and dining chairs were both comfortable too. I am very pleased with these. The staff was very helpful too. And patient while I shopped around the store. I recommend Box Drop for sure! The also worked with me to schedule and then reschedule the delivery which went seamlessly. Check them out. It’s with the trip. .

Carl (owner) was super helpful in answering all of our questions regarding sofas for our living room and gave us an amazing deal! Quickest sofa delivery (w/in a week) and top notch customer service. Highly recommend if you want a great deal and working w/super friendly people!

We’ve purchased three mattresses now through Drop Box in CR. It is the only place we will purchase mattresses. Period. The owner is super nice. He actually doesn’t try to sell you more expensive merchandise than you need. The mattresses they sell at Drop Box are the best price anywhere. There is no high pressure. I don’t think they even sell the super expensive ridiculous mattresses you might see at the high pressure stores. That said, the mattresses are very nice and high quality. My wife actually said to me we don’t need the awesome mattresses we bought there previously. So I suggested we just call Drop Box. We did. They were closed but answered the phone. They knew we were previous customers and told us to just come down despite being closed. They were restocking inventory but convinced us to drop by. I was overjoyed because we had our old mattress in the truck and needed to unload that somewhere. That just tells you how cool they are. If you are a customer, you are like family. We got there and were looking at mattresses like the ones we bought previously. We told them we were purchasing a mattress for a fifth bedroom that may not get used much. They pointed out a nice mattress that was perfect for that application and saved us even more money than expected. Afterward, my wife mentioned that she was thinking of waiting to buy one when CostCo runs specials. So glad we didn’t do that. I think Drop Box beats their prices too. And they are about the only place in CO that takes old mattresses anymore. Do yourself a favor. Don’t kill a day shopping around and other stores. Go to Drop Box and be outa there quickly with what you need at the best price.

My friend recommended BoxDrop for my new mattress and I am so happy she did! Everybody was super kind and helpful, and nobody tried to upsell us. The owner, Carl I believe, took the time to introduce himself to us. Chase (also goes by Mr. Cheese) did a great job of finding the perfect mattress while not standing over our shoulders while we talked it through. We ended up with a great quality mattress for a very reasonable price and are feeling good about life! I'll definitely be choosing BoxDrop over any other major mattress retailers for future purchases.

Great prices on mattresses, furniture and white glove delivery service. 👌 Carl, the owner, was our sales person and was enthusiastic and knowledgeable.
