The mattresses are new and the thrift store in the back is very nice. You can walk around and look at the items. Not cramped... Every week there are new items. I never walk away empty handed. People inside try hard to remember all customers by name. Everyone is very pleasant to talk to. Go support them because all proceeds from the thrift store supports the church they belong to.

Awesome place to go. Matthew was the perfect salesman. He made me a great offer on a mattress and on top of that,it was delivered same day. Riley and Louis were great delivery guys. Again,the mattress is wonderful, sleeps GREAT!

** Update to this post below. ** This was our first visit to Dropbox Mattress. Matthew and Robin were both super friendly, patient, and knowledgeable. They helped us in choosing the perfect mattress for us, working with us on pricing as well as assisting us with financing options. We expect delivery of ours next week, in which I will update my review. I will definitely go there again when in need of another mattress. I definitely advise anyone in the market for an affordable mattress to visit them. They'll make you feel comfortable and at home, as well as provide you with great customer service. The delivery was by Matthew's and Robin's adult children, as the establishment is a family-run business. They were courteous and friendly. The members of this family and business are such wonderful people. They made the whole process upon entering the store to the delivery of the bed a pleasant experience. I stand firm in my opinion in my first review: I advise anyone in the market for affordable mattresses to visit them. I believe not only that they be your first establishment to visit, but that they will be your last as well. Definitely The Establishment for your needs. Amazing customer service! Such an easy and smooth process. The patience was remarkable. I’m telling everyone I know to head straight to Box Drop South Boston!! If I ever need a mattress I know where to go. I will most definitely be back. I’m not an easy person to deal with and extremely critical. My expectations were exceeded!

Great customer service! I messaged them and scheduled an appointment to come by. The guy and his son were super polite and welcoming. I did not have a way to transport my mattress home and asked if I could pick it up at a later date. The gentleman offered to deliver it to my home. Such good folks! If you visit, you'll love the low prices and you'll come back for the friendly service.
