I recently reserved a U-Haul Van from here through the U-Haul website that allowed earliest pick up at 10:00am. When I arrived, they were not open. I called. No answer. 5 minutes later exactly, I received a returned call that the owners wife will be there in about 10 minutes and apologized for the inconvenience. 10 minutes turned into an hour and a half and she never arrived. The sign on the door states they are open at 11am even though they allow U-Haul rentals starting at 10am but by this time it was pushing 12:00pm and not one employee, manager, owner.. arrived. I called multiple of times and never received a call until an exact week later at 1:27pm. Very unprofessional. Do not recommend.
