We had a great sales person who helped us. He Was patient and let us try every mattress. Gave his input when we asked him. He was very knowledgeable about the product and brands. We are very happy with our selection. Sweet dreams!!
View on GoogleWent to Box Drop in Weslaco looking for a mattress, as I walk in I was met by a gentleman named Joel. He showed me and explained the different features of each mattress. I tried the different mattresses and found the correct one for me. I was offered a great deal on a mattress and I bought it. They really work with you to give you a good deal. If you are looking for a mattress I highly recommend this place. Thank you Box Drop!
View on GoogleThe first mattress I purchased from them was extra firm and that was too hard for my husband and myself. We did NOT use it at all and was still in it’s plastic cover. I was able to exchange it the following day. Mr. Scott worked with me and we are very happy with our euro-top mattress.

View on GoogleWent in the evening around 5pm, I was the only customer. The young guy in charge was not rude but was not helpful either. The first thing I noticed was his neck all red from what I presume personal business. Then when asked about the matresses he guided us to them and briefed us quickly on the size we were looking for. Then he left to the desk and from there on, He was on his phone the entire time. We didn't know if they deliver, if they can order additional beds, the difference in brands, etc. We were the only customers. We didn't like the lack of attentiveness, especially the lack of customer service attention.
