It's very difficult to find value, quality and service when buying furniture. I finally did! Brielle furniture was great from start to finish. The sales team was very helpful in guiding me to options that met my needs. The showroom is so thoughtfully and creatively set up with options at many budgets. After striking out at many furniture stores, I was getting a little discouraged. Brielle furniture was just what I was looking for. I was a first time customer, but will certainly be a repeat customer. Thank you!

Excellent experience. At my initial visit I was well taken care of and given great advice, which actually led to me finding a mattress better suited and less expensive than the one I had planned to get. The delivery was also very accommodating and despite misunderstanding on my part leading to missing the delivery, they were able to come back later in the day and provide excellent service.

Can’t give 5 stars because they told us one thing, but did something else. Our piece was accidentally broken by the delivery men. They took it back to re order a new piece. In actuality, they only repaired what they broke. It doesn’t compromise the piece now but I hope there’s no issues in the future as it was the back leg of the dresser. Not sure why they said one thing but didn’t do it. For that reason, I don’t really trust to buy from them again. Furniture is beautiful though.

Brielle Furniture was top notch in all aspects. To start, we worked with Grace, the woman knows her stuff. She was so helpful, patient, kind and excited to help us. Brielle furniture allows you to make custom furniture fit to your lifestyle and your space. We were able to pick the fabric of the couch, down to each and every pillow fabric. Delivery was excellent. The gentlemen who delivered the furniture knew their stuff as well. They already had pieces of cloth on the bottoms of the couch so it did not scratch the floors. They were efficient and helped set up payment immediately afterward. They were amazing! The couch once received was also to die for, amazing quality, everything we could've imagined and more. Which can be difficult when actually picking your own fabrics. Thank you Grace for leading us in the right direction! We also ordered this couch during a time where everything is much more delayed. We received the couch in the time they estimated and they even called us with updates every few months. My wife and I recently purchased a recliner here and Evelyn our sales lady was fantastic . She is a professional ,with decades of experience and very focused on customer satisfaction . She took her time and explored all our options with her no- pressure sales pitch . The store has a large showroom where you can sit in many chairs before you buy . We are repeat customers with Evelyn because she is such a pleasure to work with - Highly Recommend !
