A great place to shop for all of your home needs! They have easy financing and 90 day layaway with only 25% down! Great customer service! Several brands of appliances furniture home decor and beds of all sizes!
View on GoogleThis place is by far the worst place ever. I have been waiting for 6 months for my ottoman. We waited 3 months for our couches. Please give me my refund for the ottoman. 6 months?! We bought our stuff from paragould office, the lady there is great. But Crystal here at this store is horrible. And if you get upset, they hang up on you. I am not usually one to write a bad review, but I have been patient long enough. 6 months?! I know you dont normally do refunds, but come on! Not 2 months but 6. Who's making my ottoman? Because even the Amish would have it done by now.. FYI when you call THIS place, Crystal is rude and tells me to contact the store I bought it from, who then has to call here anyway. I have been very patient with this place. My patience has ran out. So tell me what i can do to get a refund! FYI I was told NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES OR RETURNS!!!!!!! This is absolutely the worst customer service EVER!!! We received our ottoman Jan 2nd.. when they said Dec 31st. Even after contact BBB. You broke the contract, yet I had to still pay for it. Y'all are the worst furniture place ever.
View on GoogleBought a box spring on 6/8 was delivered 6/16 was very damaged. Called for an exchange was told would be there next morning. Lied to. Never called never showed up. Called again to pick up they refused. Went in to speak to the lady who took my money her kids delivered and she was trying to talk over me with every word I’d say. All lies! Refused refund or to pick up damaged springs! It’s all junk a poor business deals! Don’t waste your time at these stores! I’m writing attorney General a prosecuting attorney and chamber of commerce and anyone who will take note! Shame on Bullocks You don’t lie cheat a steal and be a good Christian!
View on GoogleI have never been treated like we were. Whoever the lady sitting behind the counter was needs to work on her attitude. I don't think she cares about selling anything. I paid cash. Two very nice guys came and got it down from the shelf. Sorry it was a washing machine. A 875.00 one. It had dust and something on the lid. One of the men went and got a wet towel and wiped it down. She still never got up. Then we ask about the cord. Ok no cords come with them anymore. She couI really believe if you want to sell something you need to be up trying to but sitting on your butt. I will never go back to Kennett store again
