I paid in full for a dining room set and was assured it would be delivered today. The day came and went with no delivery and no heads-up from the store. When I called, I was told the manager was at their “other store.” After several more calls, they finally admitted there was a warehouse issue. To “make it right,” they offered some free items for the delay. After reading reviews on Google, Yelp, and other sites, I see this is their standard way of doing business — promising dates they can’t meet, poor communication, and then throwing small incentives at customers to calm them down. I wanted to support a local business, but this experience has made it extremely difficult. I gave them my hard-earned money upfront with the expectation of basic reliability. That shouldn’t be too much to ask. If you’re considering buying here, be prepared for delays, frustration, and chasing them down. Definitely get everything in writing and consider other options if you need furniture on a reliable timeline. Very disappointed.

He went out of his way to send a delivery the same day and he also gifted me a free decretive piece for my living room. He’s not only very professional but also very kind, I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who is looking to find a timeless piece for their home they have everything you are looking for!!!
