We had a minor issue with our box springs and they was here within a couple of days and while they were here we asked about a bigger base and they exchanged it at no cost to us. Very friendly and the delivery guys were very good and careful and put everything back. Will not buy furniture from anywhere else from now on. They are number 1 in our mind. Thanks again
View on GoogleI've worked with Byers Home furnishings for years, they've never failed me yet. They've always been extremely helpful and courteous. They have a great selection of furniture and can order more from their books if need be. I will continue buying from these guys, Tracy, Russ, and the others keep up the good work !!!
View on GoogleRuss was very helpful in helping us select the best recliners for our needs. Purchased on Black Friday and they were able to deliver them the next day. Thanks so much.
View on GoogleJust purchased a couch. Salesman Russ was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions and helped recommend a piece that would fit my needs perfectly! Item was in stock and will be delivered later today. Great customer service! Thanks!
View on GoogleOne would think after purchasing over $10,000. In furniture over a 4 year span that the company would come down $10. on a side table of a new purchase. That would be a NO from Byers Home Furniture Spencer Indiana. My future furniture purchases will not be with Byers Home Furniture!!! I have another room I will be purchasing furniture for, will not be from Byers Home Furniture Spencer Indiana.
