What happened to the management at Cazin's? Tried to pick up a tune up kit for my company riding lawnmower & was told that since an employee was having surgery that no one could order it. What? There's only one person in there capable of ordering an item? Unacceptable! In the good ol days Karen Cook could get you anything you needed, right off the shelf or ordering it on the spot. This place has gone way downhill! I recommend Amazon instead! Sad.

Brought in an OEM key blank to have it cut, while cutting the key it shifted and the employee said "oops it moved but I think I can still make it work". The key did not work and I was told by the manager Marc that because it wasn't one of their keys that they would not do anything to correct their mistake, but I am free to pay them $200 for one of their keys. This is akin to extortion, imagine if you took your car to the mechanic to change a part that you provided only to get a call saying they accidentally dropped the part and ruined it but if you'd like you can pay him twice as much for one of his parts or come get your vehicle and just be out the time and money already invested. I know they operate in a small town so it makes it easier to get away with extorting people who don't have many other options but the way this was handled was unacceptable. Corporate complaint filed, BBB complaint filed.

While on vacation, we stopped in at the local ACE Hardware store in Evanston, WY. They had the product my wife was looking for, but not a shower bar “Wall Plate” - most hardware stores don’t. It was open on a Sunday. Clean, organized and all the associates are nice, friendly, helpful and professional. Something about small town ACE Hardware Stores that makes them the Giant!

Ive been fixing up a 6plex rental little by little for the last 2 years. This is my go to place foe supplies. Ive never made a visit without at least one or two people asking if i need help finding something. The people there are very knowledgeable on how to fix things and have helped me trouble shoot many different situations over the last two years. It has been my home away from home in a way. 😊

The thing about Cazin's, it is really second to none. I'm not sure if it's the training, or just the people. But there is an absolute consistency in always being greeted, always the most courteous help and assistance. And a reasonable level of expertise, I know what you're looking for in can offer advice. Not a lot of places in town have what you might call consistent service. Sometimes it's great sometimes it's good sometimes it's just so so. But at cousins particularly on the hardware side, it's always pretty amazing.
