I just have to say how professional and courteous Caesar Furniture sales staff was when I went to pick out my love seat, not pushy or nothing. They let me take my time to choose and make a decision. And my delivery was on time. They came on the day and within the time frame they said they were going to. Plus the delivery guys were so professional, courteous and thorough with setting up my love seat, and took the shipping plastic away for disposal. I will definitely be going back to Caesar Furniture in the future for purchases.
View on GoogleNot only is the place high priced but rude service, me and my wife stopped in and was never asked if we needed help as we looked around at furniture that was worth maybe 250.00 and they were asking 800-1,000. We left and went straight to Bob's furniture on s.76th and we found a beautiful 🛋 for 750 + 30 delivery fee + for 100 extra we got a 5yr no question asked warranty, with tax it came to just under 1,000. They delivered it in less then a week. No problems, no rudeness. Also at Bob's the second we walked in someone helped us. I don't work for Bob's , me and my wife understand the stress of looking for furniture and the worry of spending 800-1200 with the hope u get what you paid for. I read all the reviews and I saw anyone commented something bad aka the truth the owner commented back rude. If your looking or end up having to spend over 700 go to Bob's. Me and my wife are so happy we did. Cesar was the 3rd store that day, Bob's was our first stop. That Saturday we looked around for 7hrs and went to 8 stores..so this review is fair..every store wasn't much cheaper then bobs.. here is what we got at Bob's for I think 5yr warranty, tax, delivery and couch all came to 925$

When I called to check on delivery they told me my tables were on back order so I should come in and order something else (mind you they didn't call to tell me this). I went in that same day and ordered a rectangle teal ottoman. My couch came within three weeks of ordering. Three months later after I've called numerous times they tell me that my ottoman has been there but they lost my number and would deliver between 5 and 7pm on Friday. 9pm came and still no ottoman. I called back Saturday and they said they'd deliver it right away. The ottoman they delivered is not the color or shape of the ottoman I delivered nor does it match my rug. This is the worst furniture buying experience ever. There is a man and a woman who work there and every time I called they blamed the other.
View on GoogleEveryone was amazing form selecting our furniture which was a huge selection to the delivery! Mario and Jason went over the top with putting everything together, making sure it was in the correct place, to helping to get all boxes taken out! All around excellent!
