I visited Cloud Mattress to check out their Black Friday sale and had such a great experience. The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. The store was spotless, well-organized, and set up beautifully. After choosing my mattress, I was pleasantly surprised to learn they had an opening for same-day delivery. The delivery team was very careful with both my home and the product, and they took the time to explain how to use the FREE adjustable base. I’m genuinely impressed and extremely happy with my new mattress and adjustable base. My new Christmas bedding fits and looks great on it! Highly recommend Cloud Mattress!
View on GoogleMy wife & I recently moved to Tennessee from out of state and when we found a home our first purchase was going to be a mattress-the first one we have bought in 25 years!! After researching what was available and most suitable for our needs we decided on Cloud Mattress: We soon discovered that they specialize in organic mattresses and had ALL of the brands our research on Wirecutter recommended!! Once I found the “right one” I called the store and Terrance received my call. He beat the online price by 5% and informed me they could get the mattress within a week: we just needed to try it out. We arrived at Cloud the following week and Julia greeted us at the door. She was knowledgeable & informative regarding the vast array of mattresses in display. We made our decision & left - planning to get our product within a week. Unfortunately, through no fault of their own, the mattress did not come as they had promised; due to this and other issues that surfaced Terrance told us he would upgrade us, from the “X-plat” we had ordered to a foundation that is adjustable- a $1200 item!! There were additional problems with the arrival of our foundation, however Terrance & his wife personally delivered it to our home and set it up. In addition, he gifted us with new bamboo sheets for the inconvenience we had experienced. And they were very apologetic about the shipping problems which they tried to resolve to the best of their ability. Overall, despite the problems, Cloud did everything they could to ensure our experience was positive. It is nice, in a world of big chain stores and online shopping to work with a family who genuinely care about their customers & products. I highly recommend this company to anyone wanting an exceptional bed; since we spend 1/3 of our lives sleeping why should anyone skimp in this important area. And that’s a decision you don’t have to sleep on!!

I kept coming across brands like Avocado, Naturepedic, and PlushBeds, but I didn’t feel comfortable ordering something like that without trying it first. When I found Cloud Mattress Co, I was relieved to see they actually carry those brands in-store. Being able to compare them side by side made a huge difference. Terrance was very helpful in breaking everything down in a way that made sense without overwhelming me. I ended up going with a Naturepedic mattress and it’s been exactly what I was hoping for comfortable, supportive, and consistent every night. Delivery was on time, setup was smooth, and everything felt very organized. Overall, it was a much better experience than trying to figure everything out online. Definitely worth the visit.

This time I picked up a topper, pillows, and new sheets, and everything has been just as good as the first purchase. It’s nice to find a place where the quality is consistent across different products. You don’t feel like you’re taking a risk trying something new. Both times, the process was easy, delivery was on time, and communication was clear. Definitely a place I’d recommend.

They walked us through the differences and gave us space to actually try everything without pressure. We ended up going with a Sagebeds mattress, and it’s been great so far. The comfort and support have been exactly what we were hoping for. Delivery was on time, communication was clear, and everything felt very well handled. It’s just a straightforward, honest experience.
