Purchased furniture from comfort center. There store manager and the delivery team were the best. I am so happy with my new living room it's beautiful and perfect for our home. Thank-you so much for your excellent service!

What a pleasure to deal with knowledgeable and professional sales staff. After having issues with other furniture stores we decided to try the Comfort Center in Prudenville. We were greeted by Gladys who proved to be one of the best retail sales persons I have met in years. She was pleasant, professional, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. We were able to find the furnishings we were looking for and needed without being prodded and goaded into something we didn't want She was truthful about expected delivery dates and expectations, which were met and even exceeded. The product arrived and was set up without a hundred calls. She actually called us and kept us apprised of delivery. The gentlemen delivering were exceptional also. (I don't want to forget them). when the manufacturer seemed to block a promotion which was promised, Gladys stepped in and handled it from that end. Thank you Gladys for the salesperson you are and more importantly, as the person you are. You are genuine and a pleasure to have done business with. We will return when our needs include products you sell.

Always willing to help but in a non-pushy way. It's easy to customize or find pieces that may not be on the showroom floor. Delivery was well communicated and on time. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful experience the day we walked in to this store. After visiting several furniture stores, we were told we would need to wait at least 6 months for new sofas! Then we found Comfort Center Furniture. What a find! Their selection was excellent, the prices reasonable, the quality was superb. But what really stands out was the service. The people who work there were helpful without hovering. They were so much fun to chat with too. After a pandemic year of rarely meeting new people, they were a refreshing light of sunshine. From now on, we will ALWAYS start there for any furniture needs and share that recommendation with anyone we meet.
