Excellent experience with this business. Pam at Conejo Valley Mattress is friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely cares about her customers and the importance of getting quality sleep. We were able to get mattresses made in California from non-toxic materials (no petroleum based stuff- steel coils, rubber latex foam, and organic cotton) for an affordable price. The past few months with these mattresses we've experienced the best sleep of our lives. Highly recommend. Thank you Pam!

Pam provided outstanding service! We have bought our box springs from her to outfit four rooms and she has been responsive, pleasant and flexible. She even pulled a floor model off a display to help us when inventory was down. Highly recommend her and the store!

10 years ago I purchased mattresses here. The product was excellent & so was the customer service. That is why I returned. This time, unfortunately I did have a problem with my new mattress. Pam resolved the issue promptly. I would recommend buying here. The service is very personalized.

I visited Conejo Valley Mattress for my first mattress purchase. I saw their advertisement in the Acorn offering wonderful deals and savings. On my first visit I asked for the mattress described in the ad, and was directed to one that was marked at $100 more than in the ad. When asked if they would honor their own advertised price they declined, so I picked another that was in store that I liked, but was more expensive. As we sat down to finalize the sale, they told me their delivery fee was $50 instead of the advertised free offer in the print ad that I brought into the store. Immediately they back-pedaled, made excuses, and as I was walking out they magically could offer the new mattress at a much steeper discount than before. Do not buy from these people. Any other mattress seller will honor their own advertised prices. Any other seller will honor their free delivery promises from their own printed ads. These scoundrels will "forget" anything they promised whenever it is in their favor. Leave, walk-out, do not accept their shady dealings.
