Friendly staff members & very efficient in their job! Brock & Alec had delivered a washer & dryer set to my home. Did a great job! && Provided excellent customer service as well! I'd highly recommend their services for your needs 😁
View on GoogleThe staff and service at the Alpena Continental Home Store has been helpful and committed to our satisfaction for years! They're always knowledgeable, and willing to make every effort to work with and for us. Everyone in the store works hard for us, but Eric and Brock have worked to build and maintain a relationship with us for years. Thanks, guys! Looking forward to a continued successful and cooperative relationship. Mike and Michele

View on GoogleMy family and I purchased a few items from our local Continental Rental of Alpena. Brock and Alec were extremely helpful in making sure we got exactly what we needed! Thank you so much for all your hard work and dedication to your customers and your community!
View on GoogleBrock and Alec represent continental rental with nothing but professionalism. I have done business mostly with Brock and have been able to acquire many different home appliances with the help and information Brock has helped me understand. Alec fallows right behind and seems to understand the importance of customer service. I would recommend continental first before any other options!
