This Is a wonderful place with amazing people. As the name goes it’s really Cozi, there I bought a cozi Furniture at a very modérate price. . Miatta was so friendly and smiling and always willing and never bored to answer all my questions. Thank you Miatta, Thank you cozi Furniture. These people are blatant liars. I bought a sofa from Ashley Funiture. My sales person's name was Henry. I asked him. When. Would the furniture be in if I purchase it. Henry lied to me and told me I had to pay for it first before it will let me know when the furniture will arrive. I believe it was a Saturday. Henry told me the furniture would be in on Monday or Wednesday. I called back on Monday and Wednesday and the manager told me that the furniture is ordered on Monday and there was no way that the Funiture would've been in Monday and she did not know why Henry lied to me.
Henry told me once again that the furniture would be in today December 26, 2025. again the manager told me that that was impossible and she told Henry when the furniture was going to be in. He lied to me. I hate being lied to. I paid for that furniture Out and out and he lied. I am going to call Discover and stop payment on the Furniture. Liars and con artist.
I was asked if I wanted them to bring me a floor model until my sofa arrives. I have already spoken with Discover. I made sure I had a witness listening to the telephone conversation. Now they won't answer their phone. 1/1/26

Thank you for the great customer experience. I was welcomed by Mr. Henry, who made the whole shopping process very easy for me. I knew I wanted a bed, but I wasn’t sure which type to choose. He took his time to walk me through the beautiful, spacious showroom, showed me different options, and helped me pick one that was beautiful, sturdy, and within my budget.
From choosing the bed to negotiating and arranging delivery, Henry was patient and gave me professional advice. He even scheduled the delivery at a time that fit my work schedule, and everything went smoothly.
A few minutes after the delivery, Henry called to confirm that everything went well. I mentioned that two items were missing, and he assured me he would follow up. True to his word, within an hour, the delivery team brought the missing pieces.
My bedroom set is now fully set up, and I’m really enjoying both the furniture and the excellent service.

I had a wonderful experience at Cozi Furniture today after purchasing a 7-piece Queen size bedroom set plus matress and a base. The showroom has a wide variety of quality furniture at reasonable prices, and everything was presented in a way that made the selection process easy.
A very special thank you to Henry, my salesman, who was absolutely the best—professional, patient, and knowledgeable. He explained all the options clearly, never pressured me, and made sure I felt confident in my choice. His customer service truly stood out.
I also want to sincerely thank the owner, Mr. Tony, for his polite, respectful, and courteous treatment during billing, as well as the care and promptness he showed in arranging home delivery. As a first-time customer, I felt genuinely valued.
I will always remember Henry and Mr. Tony for the way they made me feel throughout the process. I highly recommend Cozi Furniture to anyone looking for not only great furniture but also an outstanding customer experience.

The treatment I received from Acima today was exceptional and professional, to the extent that I felt welcomed and respected. The staff were very knowledgeable and calm when engaging with me as a customer. I felt motivated to return to the shop for more purchases.
