I bought a sectional, a bedroom set, and a mattress from Daniels and I’m really happy with everything. The staff helped me pick pieces that actually fit my space, and the prices were better than what I saw at the big chains. Delivery was on time, the guys set everything up, and it all looks great. I’d definitely shop here again.

Alberto was such an amazing person. Helped us get our bedroom set and got them to deliver AND build the whole thing for us! We are so appreciative of him. Didn’t even take that long trying to apply for a credit line. Definitely recommend him!

I went in to buy a couch and when I received the couch and I realize that that was not the couch that I wanted. I did Call the sales representative that help me out she assured me that she would speak with her manager And we will resolve this problem. When I went in I spoke to Brando Injoque i explained my situation and he was being very rude and pretty much told me that there was nothing they could do. He made it seem like it was my fault. i have never experienced such bad customer service ever like this when i asked him for a number to speak to a supervisor he gave me the customer service number where they had me on hold for an hour at that point i just hung up. i have never experienced this horrible customer service. so as long as your buying something they are nice the moment you have a issue that’s on you and refuse to help out

This is our second time purchasing a living room set from Daniels Furniture, and once again, Ines Rozas was absolutely amazing! She was extremely attentive, professional, and made our furniture shopping experience truly phenomenal.
