Del Sol Furniture & Mattress

I’m so happy I came to the is particular furniture store! From the moment I stepped in I was greeted with such genuine kindness. My sales representative was so hard working and helped me get my desired couch. I was so shocked for how much in store credit I got approved for. I kept getting denied every where else. I can gladly say that I am grateful for these Delsol employees because they really tried and they did their absolute best!! Thank you so much Rosa😊

The employees are amazing, best customer service ever! We have been back multiple times to purchase. Evalia is wonderful and they are all so helpful. The quality and style Del Sol offers are exactly what you would want in your home. Thank you!

Amazing Experience!! My mom and I did a walk in on 05/18/24 and we were welcomed in by Evalia Cornejo with a smile and a positive attitude. She showed us around based on our preferences and had a very calm and friendly approach when making her sales pitch. I will definitely be recommending this place to others! The guys that worked there at the front had excellent customer service and were very helpful. Smooth. BEWARE- Of the size of your door, smart remarks from the mover(gave me options of trying to get it in the door like I’m some child saying the option is “you can get your husband to help u get it in” for one assuming there’s a husband around. 2nd “when asked for him to try a different way because we recently just got two big couches out ourselves he said “I do this everyday”- I don’t need the smart remarks. Also make sure to ask which furniture pieces are connected to each other because the angle does matter. Unfortunately, this couch is sent back because of the size. The manager Sam was very helpful and made sure we were satisfied with a nice size couch. We ordered the black couch and the movers came back with a positive attitude and got our couches in perfectly. Thank you!

Wonderful service, they let us come to them and ask questions once they initially welcomed us into the building. The gentleman who helped us was fluent in both English and Spanish with a trustworthy vibe. He was very helpful. They couches was glorious. We had a good time walking around and trying out the different options. The prices were steep, but they had financing options with or without credit.

I will never purchase furniture from this store again, online nor in-person. I love my modular sectional couch $2000, on another note- how the way the delivery guys handled the entire delivery process….the guys literally dropped my couch modular pieces off the delivery truck. They left scraps and rips underneath and along the new sectional couch. After complaint and proof of video recording, warranty was provided and the tech had come out and fix the materials. Upon my second purchase, there was a sale advertisement of a queen bed ($1.25 Labor Day special) online. I made the purchase, received receipt and email confirmation of pending sales associate to contact me for store pick up. The very next morning, received a call from store manager claiming that the bed price was advertised in error and the order was cancelled. Per the manager he kept reiterating that the store had the right to cancel or change prices even after purchase. In which I disagreed, I as the customer should have received the purchase I paid for whether it was an error made on their behalf especially. Manager didn’t honor the customer or the conversation, so I requested his boss to contact me, because the manager just kept repeating his self like a broken record. The boss “CEO” called me the next day apologizing and attempting to rationalize the stores policy and his mistake of the price advertised. He refused to be honorable and represent the purchase I made fairly on my behave as a returning customer. The CEO could have held his self accountable at a higher level!! Or maybe company needs a new CEO!? So moving forward, I refuse to support or purchase from this company. Their quality of furniture is not even best quality material.
