My experience in purchasing a mattress and adjustable base was great! I have been shopping for months and have been to many different stores including your store four times before finally deciding what I wanted. I worked with Diego and Fay over those four times and they were both fantastic. Friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable without EVER pressuring me to purchase. Fay Johnson was amazing! She was both professional and personable. She was knowledgeable, answering my questions with ease, and I felt zero pressure or rush from her. I was a little anxious, as I’m sure some other people are, about going to lay on beds in front of someone, but she soon made me feel comfortable. As a former retail worker, I know sometimes upselling can be tough and awkward, but she did it with grace and backed it up with facts. She seemed honest and was not pushy at all. The whole experience was very personalized, and I’m glad I came here instead of any other place that sells mattresses. I’d highly recommend her to any of my friends.
