Denver Mattress

My parents bought a Purple Mattress from Denver Mattress in May of 2024. It has a dip in my father cannot sleep in this bed for over 2 hours. They rest of the night he sleeps in a recliner and this has been since the summer. When they went in they picked another Purple Mattress but a firmer versions so that it will hopefully hold up better. Purple has a 10 year Warranty on dips and these pictures are how Purple decides whether or not the Mattress has a defect. The management at this store told me to take a picture with nothing on the bed and it has to show a 1 inch dip with nothing on it. I would love to find the person who weighs nothing. A own a Purple Mattress and so do all of my children. I tell everyone how wonderful Purple is but you will be much better off purchasing directly from Purple online. They will take care of you.

The guys were very knowledgeable and helpful. We only needed a simple purchase but asked questions about other products since we will be in the market for a mattress soon. We will definitely be back when we purchase a new set.

Purchased our second Dr Choice mattress now. Both from the G Junction store. They are always very helpful and explain everything so well. Likely not going to buy a mattress anywhere else and supporting the local Colorado economy too?

Matthew was so patient with me, answering all my questions and making suggestions. I didn’t feel pressured to buy, which I appreciated. When I did make my big purchase the next day (Tempur-pedic mattress and Ease base), Matthew made sure I had all the information and documentation I needed and answered more of my questions. He even carried the other items I purchased (pillows, etc.) out to my car for me. I was very satisfied with the entire experience at Mattress Firm.
