TERRIBLE STORE.They take so long to ship your furniture to your home.please do not waste your time and money buying here these people are very unprofessional and they barely answer their calls and they don’t bring your furniture the day they promise. on Wednesday we fully paid the furniture we bought and they said they would bring it to our home Saturday , it is now Monday and still has not brought it and when we called them on Saturday they never picked the phone up.PLEASE DO NOT BUY HERE.

I had one of the worst customer experiences I’ve ever had with this furniture shop. I ordered a dining table set and a living room standing lamp, and the delivery was supposed to be on Friday. I spent the entire day calling them, and they never picked up. The next day, I finally reached them and they claimed they had truck problems and promised delivery the following day around 12:30. That alone was already frustrating, but it only got worse. When I made the purchase in the shop, I paid a $200 deposit and clearly told them I would pay the rest once I received all items. I had the receipt and the remaining cash in my hand when the delivery guys arrived. As they started unloading, I noticed the lamp was missing. After several calls, the seller finally answered and told me the lamp was “not working” and that I still had to pay the full amount, and they would send the lamp later whenever they receive another one. This was Christmas Eve, I had guests coming, and I had already waited long enough. I even gave them a full week to sort it out. Instead of being professional, the seller said, “Give me my money and I’ll give you the table only.” I said I couldn’t agree to that. At that point, he became rude and verbally abusive. I offered to pay only for the dining set, but he refused and demanded the full amount, while also refusing to return my deposit. Unprofessional, dishonest, and disrespectful. Missed delivery, missing items, excuses, rude behavior, and no accountability. Save yourself the stress and shop somewhere else.

we had such a great experience here! the staff was so kind, welcoming, and helpful throughout the whole process. they went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of, and we left feeling so happy with our purchases. highly recommend this place if you’re looking for amazing service and quality furniture!

Just wanna drop you few lines to say thanks for a really great customer experience. At first the owner & Sweta both were extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and patient during our visit. Then our experience with delivery was beyond our expectations. It was so quick and easy within half an hour after we left from there and he was polite,professional, careful with furniture placement.
