Richard took great care of us. We had a squeaky box spring that gave us many good years of use, and he was able to get it switched out for us. Service was spectacular. We will be buying our next mattress from here. Highly recommended!

We went to the store to claim an exchange for a return that I made some time in February of this year-2020. Despite the fact that the original receipt did not have the right information of the returned products, when I explained to Richard Rios the staff I found, he listened and assured me that he was going to contact his manager. When I talked to the manager, he too was very understanding. We got exactly what we wanted and we were very appreciative that Richard helped us load the mattresses to our truck without Showing poor attitude.
