Purchased a mattress in April 2025. I was dissatisfied and requested a refund or replacement. I had been promised a 365-night guarantee. The company wanted me to send it to a 3rd party seller (not a charity), and they would consider sending me a replacement. Sure wish I had done more research into their integrity before I wasted $1100.

This is a review for "Nectar Sleep" because according to the Better Business Bureau, they are ALSO located here. They are "sister" companies owned by the same parent company. I ordered a king size bed with a mattress and paid for it in full online. They sent an email saying everything would arrive by the 17th. Everything arrived on the 16th and 17th EXCEPT for the mattress. I checked the tracking on both the Nectar website and the FedEx website. The tracking info says "label created on July 12". I called Nectar on July 17 and the representative told me that the mattress had already been picked up by FedEx and that I would need to contact them (FedEx). Fine. Today (July 18) I checked the tracking and there were still no changes nor updates on the tracking on either website. So I called Nectar again and spoke with a different "representative". This time they CONFIRMED that the mattress was STILL waiting to be picked up by FedEx! Now...If the shipping label was printed on July 12, why is it still sitting in their mystery warehouse!? I asked to speak with a supervisor and was denied. I asked to speak with a manager and was denied. I asked for a direct phone number to the corporate office and was denied. I asked for the phone number to the warehouse where the mattress is at (if it's even there)...and was denied. Nectar seems to be another one of those businesses that pays call centers in other countries (that don't speak English too well) so that the people running the business at the corporate office can hide behind their corporate desks. I hope this is not the case because this business appears to have an A+ rating here with the BBB. I hope this problem gets resolved soon! Where's my mattress????????????????????????????????????????????????????? No more lies!!!!!!

Poor handling. Destroy packages. I refused shipment due to warehouse handling damage. No regard for customers products.

Called several times. Everyone says they have no record of our purchase. We don't exist. Be warned... DONT BUY!

Slow unload. Here since 9am it’s now 12 pm still sitting in the dock. Ive witnessed two trucks dock after me and leave before me.
