EJ, Kendrick, Will, and Kevin. I know there is a fifth employee there, but I have not had the pleasure of meeting what I am sure to be as great a person as the aforementioned individuals. Each with their own charm. There was not a moment I spent with the transaction and logistics with these people of whom I have had the pleasure to do business with. Oh yeah, the bed! I should probably mention that. At 6’4” getting a king sized bed has been something I have dreamed of for a long time. It is so comfortable, so fitting, so… restful. I believe it has been a month or, well honestly I don’t know how long. 39 years of short beds, feet hanging over the edges. Slabs of metal or concrete, recliners, poor quality queens and full sized jokes of mattresses. Couches with hard edges or too short… GONE! I have never slept well in my life, even as a baby I am told I tossed and turned, but if they hadn’t nailed the mattress down so well this first time, the guarantee Dubuque Mattress Factory provides is unbelievable. I can finally rest. Thank you, I should have bought from you ages ago. It is absolutely glorious. Pricing is so very reasonable too for what you get. Our mattress was just delivered today! We received a phone call yesterday and one today about 40 minutes before they arrived. They took our old mattress and installed our new one in maybe ten minutes. Fast, friendly and now to see if we get a good nights sleep. Can’t wait to try tonight!

The sales person was very knowledgeable and very helpful. The pick up and delivery were both efficient and quick. The guys who did the pick up and delivery, plus set up were friendly, polite and very helpful with explaining how to operate the new head and feet lift. Excellent service all around! Thank you!!
