View on GoogleI had a great experience at Elgin Furniture today. Kathy greeted me as soon as I walked in, pointed me in the right direction, and even shared some money-saving tips that she definitely didn’t have to give. Matt was patient, efficient, and very helpful throughout the checking out process. He even let me spin the fun prize wheel. I didn’t win a big prize, but I still got a nice little parting gift! Overall, everyone was kind and welcoming, and the whole experience was easy and enjoyable. I’ll definitely be back for future furniture purchases.
View on GoogleHad a great experience at this family-owned furniture store! I recently bought a couch here and couldn’t be happier with the quality and service. Everyone was friendly, patient, and genuinely helpful without being pushy. You can really tell they care about their customers and take pride in their business. The couch is beautiful, comfortable, and exactly what I was looking for. It’s refreshing to support a local family business that treats people so well. Highly recommend checking them out if you’re looking for quality furniture and excellent customer service!
View on GoogleI had a very good experience with this company. Anya was very friendly and courteous. I got what I needed in a timely fashion. Got delivery today John and Oliver set everything up in a timely manner and delivered just as was told. Oliver even set my fire stick and television up for me. I highly recommend Elgin to everyone and anyone in need of furniture. I am absolutely happy with my purchase and the customer service. Thanks again to all of the Elgin Staff.
