Old (18 months) washer quit. Justin told us how to get free repair.kudus. But decided to purchase a new washer. Took it home and it was malfunctioning. Talked to retailer and offered to buy a higher quality washer but was told I couldn’t return a 2 hr old washer. I did get warranty work but I think something should have been taken care of locally.

We needed a new stove for our house and decided to get one from EZ TV & Appliance. We’d gotten another appliance from them in the past and wanted to give a small, local establishment our business rather than one of the big box stores. Unfortunately, we started having problems with our new stove after about a month. We contacted Mark Eaton at EZ and explained the situation. He listened to us and understood our problem and concerns, and we agreed we each needed to work our sides of the problem – us dealing with the manufacturer’s Customer Service department, he working with his sales rep at the company. The experience turned out well - we were able to trade in our defective stove for a new, different brand thanks to Mr. Eaton’s assistance and willingness to help us out and make things right. If you look at their other online reviews, you’ll see that they’re a reputable business providing value, service and assistance if problems arise. They’ve had many happy, satisfied customers over their 60+ year history, and we are now some of them as well. Big shout out to Mr. Eaton and EZ!

Went to the big stores first, which was a mistake. They have to order appliances as they don't stock anything anymore, just have floor model displays. So I went over to the EZ TV & Appliance store and met some very attentive and professional people. They sold me the Whirlpool Range that I liked, and delivered it the same day, installed it, and even put the proper plug chord on it. Honest, and pleasant, and VERY competitive to the prices at the big stores. I highly recommend buying there, not just because they are local, but they have what you want for the right price!
