I had a great experience with Mike at Factory Direct Furniture. He was straightforward, responsive, and very clear in his communication from the start. He answered my questions honestly, coordinated pickup smoothly, and made sure everything was clear before I made the drive from High Point. I’d definitely recommend Factory Direct Furniture.

Mike was a great communicator, really responsive, and put a sofa on hold for me that I came across on FB marketplace. When I went to pick it up, I found another piece of furniture I wanted, and he gave me a good deal on both pieces! The guys working in the warehouse packaged everything up and loaded it carefully. Definitely a hidden gem. I will shop with them again.

We are absolutely thrilled with our new furniture! Great selection of stunning pieces at a very affordable price. Mike was very responsive and helpful with any questions we had. Delivery was on time, communication was great, and everything arrived exactly as promised. I couldn’t be happier and would 100% recommend them to anyone looking for quality furniture and great service.

I had a great experience with Factory Direct Furniture 4 U in Asheboro. This is hands down some of the best furniture I’ve owned, especially for the price. The quality seriously exceeded my expectations — solid, comfortable, and well made, not the cheap stuff you sometimes worry about when prices are good. The pricing was very fair, and I honestly feel like I got way more value than what I paid. You can tell they focus on offering quality pieces without the big retail markup. The staff was also friendly, helpful, and not pushy at all, which made the whole experience easy and stress-free. If you’re looking for good furniture at a great price and want to support a local business, I highly recommend checking them out. I’ll definitely be coming back for future furniture needs and recommending them to friends and family.
