Sara was great to work with. She did a lot of research for me because I ultimately was going to have to order what I wanted and then came across something on their sales floor that I liked even more so I ended up buying that. Very knowledgeable and great customer service. Very hard combination to find in retail anymore! Thank you Factory Direct! Love being able to keep my money local and still have a great experience when buying!
View on GoogleSara was beyond helpful when assisting us on finding the perfect sectional this weekend!! She was able to show us all the options they had in store and even checked the warehouse stock on the two pieces we were considering. Sara made the whole process so easy and without any pressure! Cannot say enough great things about Sara. Thank you so much for everything!
View on GoogleAbsolutely incredible customer service! We absolutely love our dinning room table and chairs set! It fits perfectly in our home and we couldn’t be happier! Cathie Fenske was very helpful and helped us make the right decisions! We appreciate all of your hard work in assisting everyone’s needs!
View on GoogleKeith and his employees are amazing. Mercedes was an awesome sales person to work with. Delivery was well above my expectations. We have purchased a kitchen table and living room set from factory direct in the last 2 years and will probably never shop at a different furniture store. Matt & Stacey Schroeder
View on GoogleFactory Direct Furniture has proven to be our preferred destination for all our furniture needs, despite being an hour away. Their exceptional customer service stands out, particularly when I needed specific dimensions for my recent purchase. The staff went above and beyond, showing multiple options in-store and following up with additional choices via email. Looking forward to the arrival of our new couches!
