I got a washer,dryer, and mattress from the 8mile location in July, it started malfunctioning by September but still dried the clothes. It began making extremely loud squeaks so I called and tried to schedule a technician, the person on the phone was very unserious with me , even cracking jokes saying maybe it's a mouse in my dryer. He said he'd call back when he got a hold of a tech; Never got a call back. By this time the dryer is no longer heating...I went up to the location and spoke directly to another guy(freckles) he also said he'd have a tech call, i told him when I'd be home. The tech called me at and I also reiterated,the time of day I'm home. Elias told me to confirm with him on a Wednesday for early morning Thursday ( I lost trust at this point) . I txt Elias on Wednesday that Im fully available Saturday anytime. No response whatsoever! The following week I called the store back , explained the situation and the guy on the other end says " what exactly are you expecting me to do" ....by that point Iwas being completely disrespected. Now I have had to pay an outside technician hundreds and guess what, my dryer still isn't functioning well. I literally have to do laundry for my whole family and Im a full time working single parent...Bad business all around.

Tried to call before I went so I didn't waste time or gas but, no one answered. I decided to just go up there. Lady was at the desk but I guess doesn't answer calls. No greeting when I came into the establishment. I inquired about an adult bicycle and they had one. They wanted $150 dollars for a used bicycle that looks like it came from Walmart 40 years ago. No thank you!

Helped me out got a good for the whole house

We purchased about 6 mattresses from this store, my 15 yr old daughter’s mattress smells like smoke and they refused to exchange. We will never come here again and wouldn’t recommend anyone else purchase either unless you want your mattresses smelling like an ashtray!

This place is nothing fancy but there customer service was great. Low cost and delivery included. They can order things not in the showroom.
