I can’t say enough good things about Faller’s Furniture! I am trying to be more mindful to shop local with small businesses since I’m self-employed myself. We decided to try Faller’s Furniture and our first purchase was a mattress set. We had such great service! We were then looking for a new loveseat and decided to go there again. Dana Helped us with our sale for both purchases. She was super helpful, friendly, honest, and was there for us when we had a question but also gave us time to look at things ourselves and talk between us. We were pleasantly surprised with both instances that our furniture arrived earlier than what we were given as an estimate of when it would be in. Aiden and Jayson came to deliver our items both times. They were both very nice, respectful, and thoroughly went over all the information about our furniture that we would need to know! We previously purchased our couch online, we did not receive any customer service at all. I’m glad we decided to shop local. We would not have had the same quality service and friendly treatment that we received from all the people that we’ve dealt with at Faller’s Furniture. Thank you to everyone that has interacted with us with our purchases. We are so happy with everything and will return for future purchases! 💕

They delivered my furniture within the time frame they gave me and Aidan & Layton were so nice as well. Of course it’s always great to chat with Greg as well. Clarion is so lucky to have such a valued family business in our midst. Would highly recommend Faller’s for anyone looking at purchasing furniture !
View on GoogleShout out to Aiden and Layton for fully disassembling and maneuvering a reclining sofa and chair into our basement. They were professional, quick, clean, and friendly. And they unexpectedly agreed to removed some older furniture that was in the way. Thanks also to Dana for not pressuring an upsell, but helping us find a couple pieces that our son can use while home for the summer. Nice job, Fallers!
View on GoogleI found a piece of furniture on your website at Fallers in Clarion and I wanted to surprise my son with a coffee table that converts into a table. The woman who waited on me was so helpful and she helped me not only with the sale, but also with coordinating a delivery to surprise my son. The delivery men who brought the table today were on time and removed their shoes while coming into the house while carrying a table, then carried it down steep steps into the family room. I was highly impressed with their dexterity as I was afraid one of them would tumble down the steps. I love your store, I love your service, I will come back. -Helene McKinney
View on GoogleWe visited the new location for the first time and felt there was a nice selection of furniture (tons of chair recliners, a few sectionals, a few couches, some other furniture like beds, mattresses, end tables, coffee tables). We came in for something specific - rocking recliner. We almost left with a whole new living room suite but had to keep reminding ourselves of what we were trying to buy. We sat on everything at least once. The goal was to find something soft and comfortable. We finally settled on a catnapper recliner. We also liked a best brand leather recliner, but the comfort level of the catnapper was slightly better for us and it was a better price point. Overall the prices seemed fair with competitor pricing. I like to support local and was happy to find something we liked in store that we were able to take home the same day. Kaylee was patient with us and helped us navigate all our options. She was a great help, polite, and excellent to work with. We had small children with us and all the staff was awesome, they chatted with us and we’re kind to our children which made the experience that much better. I highly recommend taking a trip here to look around and please consider them for you future furniture purchases.
