Nick helped me purchase all my furniture for my new house. He knew a lot of the products and matched me with pieces that fit my needs. I was able to add another furniture the day before delivery to the existing order without any extra charges or delivery fees. Day of delivery went smooth. There were two men who carried the boxes inside and assembled everything nicely and efficiently. The sectional I got required a bit of extra work to put together but they managed it well. Lastly, Nick helped us out by requesting to have all the boxes taken out after everything was done which was a huge huge help! I will come back to purchase a few more pieces!

Never again!! It was all fun and games getting everything set up to have this delivered. Delivery day did not go as planned. We had to pay an extra $50 to switch out a box spring that wouldn’t fit up our stairs (not sure how hard they really tried to get that up the stairs either), but mind you they had the replacement box springs in the truck already, so we didn’t understand the extra charge. Also had the nerve to leave the boxes they brought for us to get rid off and wanted us to pay extra to get rid of their own trash!! Like please make it make sense! We’re just moving into our new home, the last thing we need is more trash to deal with. This was very disappointing service and we won’t be shopping with them again!

I wish the store had more options because I wasn’t able to find anything I liked and it was a little more pricey than other places. I have no bad complaints. I do wish that Nicole was there when I went because I went to look at stuff and few months ago and Nicole was the sales associate and she was super nice and chill and gave me time to look over everything. When I came this time, Nick was the sales person and he was nice but he was legitimately hovering to the point where I didn’t even want to browse anymore. He told me not to feel rushed, but it’s kind of hard to not too feel rushed when every four steps I take, he takes 2 with me. I let him know from the moment I got him there. “Hey I’m not getting anything today but I know what I’m getting back for taxes so I’m just coming to see what I want. That way when the taxes hit I can just buy it”. He kept trying to persuade me to just finance it and buy it all today and then come back and pay it so it showed that he wasn’t really listening to what I said or that he didn’t really care and was still just trying to make a sale. I get it, he’s a sales person but for future reference, don’t hover over people. I like to take my time and look at things before I make big purchases .

Nick is my man the have amazing prices the whole store is getting liquidated I bought my black reclining sofa and loveseat with Bluetooth speakers at a crazy offer with fast same day delivery they gave us also has led lights they beat all other furniture store prices like Ashley bobs furniture liquidator cant touch their service or amazing deals
