Farmers Home Furniture | Hampton, SC

My experience was awesome! I would like to thank Beth! She was very patient and displayed kindness and exceptional customer service. On two different occasions, I had to return the furniture due to it not working for my mom’s medical condition, and Beth was very accommodating and helpful! She was ready to assist me each time until we found something that worked for my mom. Thanks again, Beth!

If I could give zero stars I would. We were told our king size bed that we ordered Monday would be here this Wednesday called yesterday they said it should be on the truck today called them again a few minutes ago they say it dont come in until next Wednesday and that is not what we were told. I would not have ordered a bed that I would have to wait a week over. This is not poor communication this is a bunch of lies. Soon as I get off im heading there for a return I dont even want the bed anymore especially next week

I just love the kindness and friendliness of this team of people. When I come in they are not pushy. When I have questions they provide helpful answers. I really enjoy doing business with them. Instead of telling me all they ways they can't, they find the solutions needed to help me do what I want to do. I really appreciate them!!

Mrs Iris was very courteous and knew exactly what we wanted. The staff was very helpful and caring. A great store to visit. We Love Our New Stove Thanks Richmond & Barbara Ryles

Pleasant experience and merchandise came a day early which made me happy. Go visit Ellen if you are in need of furniture.
